Collection and Use of Personal Information

In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, the purpose of collecting and using personal information is as follows.

▷ Personal information items collected
  - Name, address, contact information, email, affiliation
▷ Collected personal information will never be used for any purpose other than contest-related work.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

In principle, the personal information of the data subject is processed within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing) and is not processed beyond the original scope or provided to a third party without the consent of the data subject.
However, exceptions are made in cases that fall under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act and Article 17, Paragraph 1, Item 1 (Consent of the Information Subject) of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as criminal investigations.
