    I can’t see my submission confirmation.

    A

    If you cannot see the submission confirmation, there may be an error in the file attachments.

    Please contact us via email (ableforum@hanmail.net) or through the “Contact us” KakaoTalk channel to confirm.

    The submission confirmation wasn’t received by the co-participant email.

    A

    The automatically emailed submission confirmation will only be sent to the representative participant's email and will include all co-participant's confirmations.

    You can also save and print the confirmations for the representative and co-participants together from the homepage submission confirmation page.

    Is there a limit to the length of the entry description?

    A

    There is no limit to the length and file format of your entry description.

    If you need a separate form, please check the “References” entry description form.

    (If you are unable to download the entry description file, please send an email to ableforum@daum.net and we will send it to you.)

    I’d like to submit under a different account.

    A

    If you close the Internet browser window and come back to the homepage, you can log back in with a different account.

    I wasn’t able to add a team member.

    A

    If you are a team, select “Team” in the Applicant field and write your co-participants below, or click “Add” to the right of the field if there are 3 people.

     

    * If there are 2 participants: Select “Team” → Fill out the information for the representative participant and co-participant 1

    * If there are 3 participants: Select “Team” → Click “Add” → Fill out the information for the representative participant, co-participant 1, and co-participant 2

     

    If you are missing a team member, edit the information on the submission confirmation page.

    If the submission deadline has passed, please submit the team member’s information to ableforum@daum.net with proof that they worked as a team member.

    I made a mistake in my submission. I uploaded the wrong file.

    If you made a mistake with your submission, such as filling out the wrong participant information or uploading the wrong file, you can go to “Submission confirmation” and edit your information.

    Is there a limit to the number of entries? Can I participate on multiple teams?

    A

    There is no limit to the number of entries you can submit.

    For example, you can submit 1 product design, 1 costume design, or 3 product designs.

    There is also no limit to the number of participants other than “individuals or teams of up to 3 people.”

    For example, Team A (2 people) can participate in 2 product designs + Team B (3 people) can participate in 1 costume design + Team C (individual) can participate in 1 product design
